What we collect

When you join the community, register for an event, volunteer or contact us, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, school or organization and your areas of interest.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm registrations, share program updates, match you with mentors or training partners, and report anonymous, aggregated impact numbers to partners and sponsors.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties except where it is required to deliver a program you signed up for, such as a training partner enrolling you in a course.

Photography at events

Our events are photographed and filmed for documentation. If you would prefer not to appear in published photos, tell an organizer on the day or email us and we will remove your image.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing okeigbotechcircle@gmail.com.

Community conduct

Membership of Okeigbo Tech Circle is a privilege built on respect. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, fraud and abusive behaviour — online or in person — will result in removal from the community.

Programs and fees

Most community activities are free. Some specialized bootcamps carry a registration fee to cover operational costs; those fees are stated clearly before you register and are non-transferable unless we cancel the program.

Intellectual property

The OTC name, logo and published materials belong to Okeigbo Tech Circle. Projects you build in our programs remain yours; we may showcase them with credit unless you ask us not to.

We work to keep event dates, program details and figures accurate, but they may change. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of employment, funding or certification.
